Access to new service after upgrade confirmation

I've had my email confirmation to say that the new services I have ordered as part or the upgrade are now ready to access.  This includes Maxit Tv - sky Sports collection.

Despite powering down and then up again, allowing the reset, I still cannot access any of the sports channels.

Any additional suggestions except from repeatedly powering down and back up again?

Hi Steph63,

Have you tried the SD Sports channels starting at channel 511?  With Sky Sports regrades you often have to pay an extra £7 per month for the HD version.

If neither SD or HD are shwoing then try the following:-

Using your remote control go to  Help & Settings > Help > Virgin T> go up to the top of the screen then TV Care and press OK >  Missing Channels.? > Refresh my channels list

This will force a signal refresh but can take 15/20 minutes and require another reboot.
