Hi guys, just set up a virgin box that hasn’t been used for a few months. 7400 message on screen stating I need to call virgin, is there anyway around this?

i'm guessing you aren't subscribed ie paying. sometimes you get the main terrestrial channels only but no other functionality.

if you want to pay again to view channels you will have to phone in.

error 7400 comes up because the box has been 'offline' for a while.
