We’ve bought a few films from virgin store but when we watch films stored in ‘our library’ they keep freezing. So annoying esp when we’ve paid around £14 for them (including DVD) which we don’t use as no player.
Call 150 and they will check the signal levels - should be good streaming so that is the most likely cause
