can someone frm the virgin team please order me x2 remotes for my V6 boxes. I've lost one and the other is damaged. The website link is broken.
I was hoping to get new remotes with TV360 but you won't let me have that wothout paying, even though I upgraded to Ultimate OOmph and was supposed to get it free?

This can often happen when the web page is stored in your cache.
When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading errors or oops something went wrong messages, as the browser then makes a new attempt to load pages freshly.
Have you tried a different browser?

The order new remote is not working at all now.
History and cache all cleared.
There are other threads where people have the same issue and a virgin team member has ordered remotes for them?
