Providing the RF can reach your cellar, (not screened is it), it should control the 360 and change the channel on the 360 box, as long as the remote is inline of sight of your TV it will control the volume using IR. It's not a Smart remote so is not a direct replacement for all your TV functions you can use it to select the source input for the TV but if switch to the TV's freeview tuner it won't change those channels.
