v6 box in boot loop

my box is stuck in a boot loop and will not boot it turns off and on at the wlecome screen. it has done this for 5 hours. and it has a icon of a downloading arrow and a box then turns off. gets stuck at the welcome screen and turns off again. its all it is doing i hae unplugged for half an hour replugged and it still is stuck in the boot loop. my other 2 boxes are working fine its my third one thats stuck in the loop

I'd recommend calling VM to report your fault.

150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.

hello 🙂 thanks for the advice but ive conacted the team and they are not helping they keep saying there is a outage in the area and do not listen that its just one box stuck in the boot loop
