Hello there jennh123, sorry to hear about your TiVo box not working properly. Can you confirm what TV boxes you have? I ask because I can't see a Tivo Box. If you have more than one, are you able to swap the boxes around to see if it's the box itself? I can also see that equipment has been activated since you last posted, did this resolve the issue?
