s 102 error from beggining

hi in 27 an engineer come to my house to install virgin media equipment all ok except  tv box hi tell to us some buddy come next day but no one came the problem still exist error s102 pls any help thanks

You'll need to call VM to get this sorted.

until now no tv only broadband the same issue from beginning s102 error
