Re: pixelation and slow web nn10

Broadband connection speed testers are in the main a waste of time.

Your broadband connection speed is made up of a combination of your up and downstream speeds, you will never get an accurate result of your broadband speed, unless the server you are connected to has a higher bandwidth than you have, there are no hops between the source and the server and there is a blue moon.

Your broadband speed is a MAXIMUM not what is realistically achievable.

An average car is capable of going faster than the national speed limit, but most of the time traffic prevents achieving this, the same is true of the internet, popular sites can appear to be very slow as certain times due to traffic. i.e. people accessing the site.

Don't get hung up on numbers, most broadband checkers are 1 confusing and 2 sponsored by broadband providers.

Pix-elation depending on whether you are viewing a web page of a virgin TV channel have very different reasons.

You can't learn anything from a mistake until you admit that you've made it.
