on demand problems

I am on mix bundle.

I am unable to watch certain on demand programmes , even though they are in my bundle.

Sky one on demand does not work, and even ITV box sets do not work. Im sure there are others but I have not been through them all.

It just tells me to "upgrade to watch", and subsribe even though they are part of my package.

A reboot did not help.

Is there no-one willing to answer this.
It seems to be a common problem.
Being on a package but not able to watch included channels in "on demand" or "catch up".

Can VM please explain!

Have you tried calling them? Will take a while to get a reply from a VM employee here (up to a week).

Oh well I give up now, waiting for end of contract, considering the shambles they made of UKTV and such poor customer service.

If you choose the 'thinking of leaving' option you get through to Retentions, who do a lot more than try to retain customers. If anyone can help you, they will.
