right this is broken stuck at 16% now for over hour and 2 resets and even tried to call the support ppl lines say open upto midnight NOT.
fix this please

I finally got past the C119 error but now V6 box is stuck at loading 16% and has been for several hours Still am convinced I need a new coaxial cable the end feels broke and I think this has weakened the signal to the box
