karaoke app

Hello I have recently renewed my TV contact.  I was on XL with Sky sports..  I am now on Maxit TV with sky sports and BT sports HD.

I have noticed that the Karaoke app is no longer available to me (a notice informs that the karaoke channel is only for XL customers)  I thought that maxi was equivalent to XL).

Also the kids channels have gone (I know this has been reported  elsewhere).

Does anybody know how to check what apps are available with which packs/bundles)

My full bundle is maxi tv(with sky sports and btsport), vivid350, and  talk weekends. (Bigger+sports)

Thank you

Regards

 K.

Re: karaoke app

Thanks for getting in touch kreid4.

I have passed this onto teams with more in-depth knowledge to check if the karaoke app should be on the Maxi Tv package. I will let you know as soon as I have anything back from the team.

Thanks

Re: karaoke app

Thanks for coming back to us kreid4. There was an issue with an update when the packages changed, resulting in the app not being available for some customers until this was corrected yesterday.

Hope that helps with the explanation :-)

Thanks
