Has youtube app received an update overnight.

Struggling with fast forward and rewind functions.

Does not move smoothly and then get spinning circle of dots and then becomes unresponsive.

Hi.

There does not seem to be any way to upload a video directly from my phone. I can i can upload an image but not an mp4

Are you able to upload the video elsewhere and then link it here for us to see?

 

If not, we would be happy to take a look at the pictures.

Are you having any issues with your internet connection aswell as the Youtube app?

I ask this as it could be an issue with Youtube connecting correctly.

I have run a continous ping test and its between 14 and 19 ms, so no issues there.

FYI. Getting same issue on 2nd V6 box also

I have looked further into your account and can see a large amount of errors on the system that seems to be the cause of the issues that you're having with Youtube.

The engineer did call.

As per my original post, he agreed that a recent update has caused the issue and he would look into this further.
