Yodel NO Delivery??

Hi, My virgin box was installed last week, this week I have been upgraded to a V6 box which was meant to arrive Monday, as indicated by tracking via the VirginMedia homepage. However i've had nothing, no tracking number is showing on the website, i've had no texts, emails and more importantly no parcel???

Where is my V6 box - has it even been dispatched?

Have you rang in to query why it hasn't arrived? If not I would do so as it could be several days be fore a Moderator answers your query.
