Won’t start

Won’t start just says starting up and nothing happens switched it of 4 times at the mains and still the same

What did Virgin say when you called and reported it?

I'm sorry to hear of the recent disruption with our TV service not starting up for you. Also sorry for the delay in responding after a busy period.

Since it's been a while since you posted, I hope you're back up and running, however if you're still experiencing difficulties it would be best to get in touch to have your issue reported following our procedure here: https://virg.in/faults.

You can reach our faults team on 150 from a Virgin Media phone or 0345 454 1111, option 1 then 2. Lines are open between 8am and midnight, 7 days a week.
