Hello,
My virgin box keeps restarting every 10 minutes and I’m not sure how to fix it and it also won’t connect to the internet even though my internet is working fine

Any TV box that's restarting by itself has a fault and I'd recommend reporting it. Chances are the box needs replacing.
Either call in - 150 (from a VM phone) or 0345 4541111 (From any other phone) Or wait on here for a staff response which may take a couple if days.
