Hey my box still works etc but the power light doesn’t come on?

Sorry, you've lost me.

On a V6, the light on the front-right should be red/orange when in standby, and white when switched on.

Sorry to hear your V6 box does not light up while operating. I can understand your concern and want to help. I have been able to access your account using forum details. I can also see you contacted our team yesterday in regards to this. Was the issue fully resolved with our team? Do you need any further help?
