Hello,
We have a problem with our virgin box. When we change channel it takes about 30 seconds to load, there is a black screen then an error message saying there is a problem with the channel and then it finally loads. Trying to get from a recorded show back to TV it freezes also and again takes time to load.
We have tried to reset the box but it has not helped.
Is anyone able to help please?

It doesn't sound very well!
You can try calling it in as a fault, the worst case is that it'll get replaced.
You could also try working through the various resets under the Help & Settings > Clear or restart menu, all have on-screen guidance as to what you'll lose.
