My box powers up, but no signal / picture to TV - have tried different HDMI cables and even another TV - other kit works, but nothing from the box - it powers up, lights on (nobody home!)
Any suggestions or is it a new box job?

Exactly the same issue as I am experiencing. Hope you have better luck speaking to support than I did. Still waiting for a callback!
Call centre, usual stuff, turn it off, turn it on, check TV inputs etc
Engineer booked, late Monday, we’ll see...
My feeling is that the box is dead...

Technician was excellent
Fried box following the recent storms, just 1 of many apparently, signal cable now has a protector section, and new box
Now to replace the TV as the box fried the HDMI inputs when it went bang...
