I have been a customer of the full Virgin TV/Broadband/Landline and Mobile package for some 2 years now. I am seriously angered by the fact that it seems I, as a fully paid member of the Virgin customer database, paying some £80 monthly for my mixed services, am still waiting for my TIVO box to be upgraded by Virgin. I am also angered by the fact that new customers, seemingly, are offered the new TIVO box whilst their old customers have to wait. WHY?

If you would like to upgrade to our new V6 box then I would recommend giving our customer service team a call on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and they will be able to discuss this with you further.
