View other showings not working properly

Repeating problem.

Indian Premier League on SkyCricket

I have a link to record IPL matches. 

Records Showings at 21:00 and 00:00

View Other Showings for 21:00

lists about 6 showings all on SkyCricket

but not  Showing at 00:00

View Other Showings for 00:00

also lists 01:30 Showings at 01:30 on Sky Sp Mix ( and HD )

but no others

Keeps happening on different days.

I keep on having to delete one of the recordings

I'll take a look at this later, and see if I can replicate.

In the meantime, what are your series link settings?

Not a major problem, just annoying. Using Explore this show

got six or seven repeats of an episode.

Instead of one recording got two recordings 

Just hoped it was something Virgin could fix if notified.

From a quick play, the SL I've set behaves as I'd expect. Are these the live games, replays or highlights? And do you have an example of a recording you think is duplicate?

If the guide metadata is causing this, then it absolutely can be. But if that's the case, I (or any other V6 user) would get the same problem. And at the moment, I'm not.

Presumably you don't have Sky Sports in HD, only SD?

Please can I just confirm your TV box is updated to the latest software and is set to the right time and date?

Also these shows can you watch them at normal, no pixelation, broken up pictures or any bad sound?

Does this just happen on HD or SD too?

Please could you also confirm if they are live sporting events or recorded ones? Thanks
