VM TV Support - Chat Broken...?!

I'm trying to contact VM's Support Chat function to discuss my TV package but it seem the link is broken as the button is just blank:

Is it just me or is this the same with everybody?!

I've never known chat online to be available.

.....sorry but the Chat function is STILL broken as of this morning:

There is NO button to actually press in order to initialize the online chat.....

Why even have 'Chat Online' as an option if it clearly DOES NOT WORK??????!

Which browser are you using? Have you tried another browser?

 

It could also be that our Live Chat is one of the busiest teams and there are customers who are not able to get in touch with them because of the queue.

 

What issues are you having, by the way? This may be something we can help you if it's within our means.

Was going to use the online chat to discuss my account options but probably better for me if I actually cal it in instead.

Should you decide get in touch with our team you may call us on 0345 454 1111 for your broadband/cable services and it's 0345 600 0789 if you're calling for mobile. Just press 4, then option 1, to discuss changes on your package.
