I received a call this morning from Virgin. I talked with the lady for half an hour - in my working day when I should be working.
I almost arranged for the correct and updated hub and V6 boxes to be delivered to me, but then she started to try to 'sell' me new box calibration services and some kind of hacker protection packages, the result of which would be to increase my contract.
Your letter says these boxes are to be free.
I don't want these things, and I don't want to increase my contract ! I don't want my VM service to go off line.
