V6 remote control

We were upgraded to V6 box last October 

we were not given the correct remote for the box instead we were issued the old TIVO remote 

I would like the new remote so that we can pair it to the box to enable Bluetooth as the IR does not work through the glass of our tv cabinet 

I would like to know we were not provided with the correct remote in the first place and the HDMI cable was not replaced either

Simply phone in and ask for the correct remote.

Thanks  I will, to be honest only realised the other day when someone told me

the installers were in a rush and it showed

Apologies for the inconvenience this is causing, the remotes can take a very maximum of 5 working days to arrive so it should be there by today at the latest.
