we have 2 v6 boxes. The new one downstairs has an issue on playback of recordings whether islets a live recording or a saved recording. Whilst we watch live it is fine and clear, but if we then watch same recorded we get frequent spots of pixelation in the recorded program (it’s not moving about in recording it’s at the same spots if you rewind).
other v6 box has no issues such as above.
Have reset, checked connections, did ring help desk they couldn’t find anything and just said the usual we will monitor for 48hrs and then ring back if still issue.... still got issues but will ring back in 36hrs!
i wonder if it’s issue with new v6 box? Not recording well....
