If live TV is OK but any recorded or paused content is playing up, this would suggest a hard drive fault.
Check that live TV is OK, recordings and paused bits play up, and also that OnDemand is fine.
If so, your V6 will need replacing - you will need to either call into faults (150 or 0345 4541111) or wait for staff to respond on here.
