Got two V6 boxes set up with amazon prime access but neither of them are picking up the new Mr Robot season 4 which has been available since 6th October so I can’t set them up to record.
They both happily see seasons 1-3 however the only way to watch the new season is via the Amazon Prime app.
Is there some kind of delay when new content arrives of Amazon Prime before it is available on the V6 box?

Doing the same for Suits on Netflix, it could take a few days before each episode was available.
I suggest you send an email to TiVoGuideErrors@virginmedia.co.uk and explain the issue.
