The V6 box won’t turn off unless I reboot it .

Nothing happens, I have to turn it off from power on wall .

The colour is white .

Hi have you put new batteries in the remote

1: Does the white LED flash when you press buttons on the remote?

2: Does the white LED change colour after pressing "power" twice?

3: Does the remote work ok for other functions - changing channels, navigating through the menu system, etc?

1.It doesn’t flash

2.Light doesn’t change colour

3.Remote works fine with everything else  .Batteries are also new .

I think it’s the box as it doesn’t turn off , even when I press the on/off button at the back of the box . It doesn’t go off unless I turn power off at the wall .

Does the light flash with other functions? Does the red light on the remote flash when you press "power"?

The lights on the remote all work as normal but the box won’t go off .
