I have a new V6 box. But all the channels come up with to be announced. It worked fine 2 days ago. And the other box we have upstairs works fine.

Apologies if you have already done this, but have you checked that all the cables are secured (at both ends) and re-booted the box. Also if you go into settings you can view the status of the box.

Have you tried reconnecting the V6 box to the network?
Home - Help and Settings - Settings - Network - Connect to the Virgin Media service now
If that doesn't work try rebooting the V6 and hub to force a reconnection.

If the manual reconnection doesn't work, then before trying any reboots, see if OnDemand works,
Both EPG updates & OnDemand use the internet connection - so if VoD works, the connection is proven as working and helps any further troubleshooting.
