V6 box won’t work with new Samsung tv

Purchase a new Samsung tv two days ago and my v6 box won’t work with it, it says it’s starting up then goes to black screen then it says on my Samsung tv that the box is switched off when it’s not, Tried resetting the box a number of time’s

Does your V6 still work with your old TV?

The symptoms you've described are symptomatic of a TV box that won't bootup which is a fault scenario. In which case I'd suspect the new TV is just coincidental. Trying on your old TV will eliminate this.

If you've eliminated this, are you using the same HDMI lead? And have you tried alternative ports?
