V6 box with DVD player

For space reasons it could be necessary for me to place my V6 on top of my bluray DVD player. Would this be safe to do so and could there be any problems of overheating, taking into consideration that the DVD player will be rarely used?

Re: V6 box with DVD player

Mines always sat on top of my bluray, I've never had an issue

Re: V6 box with DVD player

Hi unfortunately I had the box overheat when the Bluray has been turned on, so I moved it so the V 6 sits on it's own. Regards Micky

Re: V6 box with DVD player

Hi fredtheted and thanks for your question.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you following a busy period.

We recommend having the V6 box in a well ventilated area, away from any sources of heat which may include over electrical equipment.

Best,
