I disconnected a fully working V6 box to then connect to my new tv. From then on it flashes a white and purple display light with the onscreen message saying it’s initialising. 5 days later and there’s no connection!!!! Help!!
Turn the V6 off with the switch at the back of the box Hold the + and standby buttons together and then turn the box on and wait till you see the welcome screen then release the buttons. If that doesnt sort it - call it in as faulty.
