Hi 

we have just had 2 boxes fitted but it seems the boxes are mixed up as when you download the remote control app and put the source in , it operates the other box and records on it . Is it a case of just swapping the boxes over or is it an engineer call out ?

…. or just rename both boxes so you know which is which. I call my TV 360 EC360.

I am sorry to see the boxes were in the wrong place.

 

Have you swapped them now? Is everything working?
