When I have recorded in the living room then try to watch it in the bedroom it keeps saying can’t connect so I restart the 2 boxes and even the router but still says the same thing.

Can both boxes use OnDemand services ok?
It's the same V6 <---> Hub connection being used for both.

I have taken a look at the account and can not see any issues this end.
