Hi there. My Tivo V6 controller has stopped connection with my Tivo box. It still controls volume and switches my TV off and on. Despite this I still changed the batteries, still not working.
I've also bought a new V6 controller and this one will not connect still. I can't find any advice for this issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@newapollo thank you for the link. But yes I have tried that and a few YouTube videos. One of the videos says that on the step when I hold the 'info' button for 7 seconds a green light should flash twice, this doesn't happen for me. Not sure if that narrows down the issue?

VM provide replacement remotes for free.
You can order one via this link /virgin-tv-lost-or-damaged-tv-remote/download-tv-control-app
You can also use the above link to download the TV Control app to use as a temporary remote.
Or wait a day or two for a member of the VM Forum Staff to pick this up again for you.
It might be quicker using the link due to the upcoming holiday period.
