V6 box frozen

Resetting my v6 box, now I have message saying, deleting everything, sit tight, this could take up to a hour, it as been on for three hours up to now, turned the box off at mains, but came back with same message, box will not turn off by remote or standby button. Any suggestions please.

Hi Phone 150 free from a virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and go down the Tv faults route and if necessary arrange for an engineer to come and replace the box.Regards Micky
