V6 box fault

Hi, Our V6 box has developed a fault. Pixelated/blanks every other second and no sound a strobing effect. All channels and recorded shows. On hold to customer service for over an hour and gave up. Yes, all reboots, remote tests, wire checks done. Freeview perfect. How can we get some customer service?

I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing a problem with your V6 box. 

As it has been a few days since your post to us, have you had an opportunity to speak to our faults team?

 

I appreciate you have said you have ran all the checks from your side but are you able to confirm if you have tried using a different HDMI cable since the issue started?

Dear Nat

I eventually managed to connect via Twitter and then we chat. They confirmed a fault with the box and are sending a replacement.
