V6 box blacks out

Hi. My V6 box keeps blacking out, usually just after startup, but at other times too. It usually last for just a few seconds, but occasionally needs a reboot. Also, catchup sometimes has audio only, which I can't solve without leaving it for a day or two. I've checked connections, changed the HDMI cable etc but still the problem continues. Any ideas? I think a new V6 is needed, but can't find a way to ask Virgin Media outside this community.

HI phone 150 free from a virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and go down the Tv faults route.Regards Micky
