I am unable to open any Apps except Netflix and I am also unable to use Catch Up for BBC programmes.
I have reset a few times, but this hasn't resolved it.

Can you use any OnDemand services?
This could be an internet connectivity problem if not - is your V6 connected to your Home-hub by Ethernet or wireless?

Hi, none of the on demand services except Netflix would load either, however after retrying a power down of the V6 box this morning for approx. 5 minutes and then re-powering all on demand and apps are now loading
