I recently had another V6 box installed and the engineer has left me with the new Remote for the 360 but its such a pain as the majority of the functions dont work.
How do I get virgin to send me out the remote for the V6 box.
Cant get through to anyone on the phone and live chat doesn't appear to be open.

You'll have to keep trying them on the phone. Wouldn't bother with the live chat tbh.
If you want a quick answer it's better to sign up again as a new customer, that's the only way they'll entertain you.

You should be able to order a replacement remote on this page and if necessary, try using alternate browsers.
You can also use the TV Control app on a compatible mobile device as an interim measure.
