Just tried and I get the same issue, area 03 and I have VVIP with full TV etc.

Hi

I started this post a number of weeks ago I have just visited "Catch Up" and am pleased to announce that the message for Virgin Media Ultra HD channel now states "Included in your Package" and have just played the first few seconds of E1. So I would like to thank all those who contributed to this thread.

Mine also now works.
Thanks for sending out the fix just would have been nice for it to be classed a s a fault on my service so I could have tracked it rather than having to keep trying each day.
