This has NOT resolved my issue.

Still NO catch-up or on-demand services.

This V6 box is NOT fit for purpose.

[Removed] Did the EPG populate ok with details of the next ~2 weeks programmes ? If it did you should just call it in and insist a technician comes out to take a look. If it didnt, it suggests there is a problem with the internet connection to the V6 - still gonna need a technician though.

Everything is working as it should except the catch-up & on-demand services

EPG has populated with the ~2 weeks of data.

System Information page still shows 'VM Account Status: 22 Staging' & the Diagnostics page still shows 'VOD State: NOT_VALID'.

Had 2 technicians, 1 senior technician and 1 box swap so far.

Catch-Up & On-Demand have just come live now.

I've cancelled the third technician appointment (was due tomorrow 8am-12pm), as I didn't want to get charged for technician coming out when no longer needed.

Only taken Virgin Media 18 days to fix the activation issues - must be a record!
