I'm sorry to hear your TiVo® has been running slow every so often.
Do you notice this happening at particular times or is it random?
Is there any pattern to when the slowness occurs?
Try turning the TiVo® off and leaving off for a few minutes before powering back on at the mains. This will help refresh things and should help speed it up
