V6 Boot up loop fault

I have two V6 boxes. The main one is fine however the 2nd one appears to be stuck in a boot up loop issue. I notices a download symbol that showed on the screen although nothing happened. 

I have tried resetting and removing all cables and it looks to be booting up ok but goes back to the welcome screen and then immediately starts the boot up sequence. 

I have tried half a dozen times and have the same fault.

You can try swapping the boxes around, but that's more in hope than anything.

Otherwise you'll need to report your V6 faulty and most likely arrange a tech visit. Either 150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone or wait here for a few days for staff to respond.
