Good to hear.
I presume you successfully connected to the 5GHz signal.
If so, can you please report the Network Status as before?
Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network > View Network Status >
and report:
Link Status
Signal strength
Connection Speed

Exactly what I thought. I have made a complaint. It’s thanks to you the problem has been solved.

Sure.
Link status - connected (5GHz)
signal strength 70% Good
connection speed 400 Mbps
on 13-02-2019 16:35
Those are reasonably good figures - higher speed, less likely interference from neighbours.

Much higher speed too.

I have the same problem but doesn't give me the choice to change link status it is sitting at 2.4ghz on both boxes

Sorry to hear that staceym23,
To clarify, when you set up the connection there is no 5Ghz option showing for you?
Do you have this problem with any other devices?
Thanks,
