V BOX issue - Green background, white text: "DVR has detected a serious problem and is now attempting to fix it..."
I have been on hold for hours this morning and cannot get through to anyone.
It's stuck in a reboot loop which has been going on since last night much to my frustration.
Can someone let me know if there is a fix available as from what I have seen it looks terminal and the box will have to be replaced.
Put money on it being a failed HDD. The only fix is to replace it.

If it is a V box it's obsolete and should have been replaced anyway. VM will send you a TiVo at no cost but an upgrade to a V6 will cost a lot more if you don't already have VM's broadband.
