I am thinking of replacing our current TV with one that is 4K compatible. obviously I would require a V6 box to view any current 4K channels so gave customer care a call, oh dear, I explained what I wanted to achieve and that I wanted to exchange one of our current tivo box`s(we have 2) for a V6 box.
The answer was sorry, but both of our current box`s are not obsolete and that if I wanted to pay £99.00 they would supply me with a V6 box.
When you call to cancel - tell them why and they will offer you a better deal if you agree to stay (assuming you are now out of contract).
