Upgraded but not seeing new channels

Hi,

On Friday I upgraded to "Ultimate oomph". I've got an engineer coming on Wednesday to sort out my broadband and additional tv6 box which is fine but I thought I'd get the additional tv channels more or less straight away on my current V6 box but I'm not. My account shows I have the maxit TV package but I still can't see any movie or sports channels.

Any help appreciated

No, you won’t get the new channels until the engineer install as it’s all part of the same order.

Because there is a job card booked on your account no changes can take place until it has been cleared. So you should see the upgrade after your second box/new hub have been activated.
