Having received a letter informing me that I need to upgrade to a new free V6 box I have just gone through the process of trying to access the website given - to no avail- and then,frustratingly, tried on several occasions to phone Virgin.
Eventually I managed to get through after waiting 20 minutes to be told that the letter was issued in error and I don’t need a new box. Is this correct?
If you have a V+ HD or V HD box, it will need to be swapped at some point in the next few months. Ring up again and this time use the "thinking of leaving us" option for UK Customer Services. They should be able to sort it out for you.
