Upgrade Letter

I have received a letter and email  saying I need to upgrade my v box, before July but I upgraded back in January to a V6 and Tivo box

I cant face phoning as I never get any one who makes any sense. 

Is it just a mistake and do I really need to phone and ask why I have received the letter.

Thanks lol, I will ignore it, just concerned that they don't know I have a V6 box although it shows on my contract . Thanks for replying

I'm sorry you've received a letter telling you that we need to upgrade your box. 

I've taken a look at your account and removed the old equipment, so this shouldn't happen again.

Keep an eye on your bill now and see if it reduces by £6.50. If it does, you've been paying for a 3rd box since January and you'll need to ring up Customer Services and explain you have only ever had 2 outlets and you'd like the charges refunding due to their error.

So, is the letter genuine? The website address to which it directs me doesn't lead anywhere other than a 404 error...
